All orders are dispatched from Stanthorpe QLD via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping

$9.95 flat rate Australia-wide on orders under $150
FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150
Delivery timeframe: 2–8 business days
Tracking number provided with every order

Express Shipping

$14.95 flat rate on orders under $150
$4.95 Express upgrade when your order is over $150
Delivery timeframe: 1–4 business days

Dispatch Times

Orders placed by 1:00 pm AEST Monday–Friday are dispatched the same business day (subject to stock availability)
Orders placed after 1:00 pm or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day
Back-ordered items are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days of your order

Unattended Delivery

Selecting unattended delivery at checkout provides authority for Australia Post to leave your parcel at your specified location without a signature. By choosing this option, you accept responsibility for any loss or damage once the parcel has been delivered.

Additional Fees

Unclaimed parcels: A $15 re-shipping fee applies. An invoice will be sent before re-dispatch.
Incorrect or incomplete address: A $15 re-shipping fee applies. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Refunds requested for returned items due to an incorrect address or unclaimed parcel will have $15 deducted from the refund total.
