We send it before your visit. If you complete it early, I review it and contact you beforehand if something isn’t suitable.

I ask about your health, your goals and what you’ve already tried.
I recommend what suits you.
If a treatment is suitable, I explain your options. If it isn’t, I tell you.
You decide.
I explain what’s involved and what it costs before we start, and I always work within your budget.

Yes. We send a short medical questionnaire to complete before your treatment. If you complete it early, I review it and contact you beforehand if anything isn’t suitable.
Which treatment is right for me?
That’s what the consultation is for. I’ll explain your options and why, I’ll always consider your budget, and I’ll say so if a treatment isn’t right for you.
Are there risks or side effects?
- Every treatment has risks, and they differ between treatments. I’ll go through the ones relevant to you before you decide, and we only go ahead once you’re comfortable.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Not always. Pregnancy, some medications and some skin conditions can mean a treatment isn’t suitable. I check your questionnaire and then check again at your appointment.
How much will it cost?
I explain the cost before we start, and I recommend what’s worth doing first so you’re not paying for things you don’t need.
Can I use Afterpay?
Yes, Afterpay is available in clinic.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes. You can buy one online and choose the amount or the treatment.
