CRACK THE SKIN CODE — COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The Promoter is TR Skin Pty Ltd (ABN 29 681 879 069) trading as Tina Roche Skin & Aesthetics, 42 Maryland Street, Stanthorpe QLD 4380 ("the Promoter").
2. Competition Period
The competition opens at 9:00am AEST on Monday 27 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 9 August 2026 ("the Competition Period"). Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must during the Competition Period:
(a) locate the six (6) gold TRSA seals hidden across the pages of tinarocheaesthetics.com.au, each displaying a letter and a number;
(b) assemble the letters in number order to reveal the code word; and
(c) submit the correct code, together with their name and email address, via the entry form at tinarocheaesthetics.com.au/pages/crack-the-skin-code.
Only entries containing the correct code will be valid. Limit of one (1) entry form submission per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
The entry form includes an optional question ("What's your biggest skin struggle?"). This question is for the Promoter's general information only, is not judged, and does not affect any entrant's chance of winning.
5. Bonus Entries
Any entrant who places an order on tinarocheaesthetics.com.au during the Competition Period will receive five (5) bonus entries into the draw per order, provided the email address used at checkout matches the email address on their entry form submission. Orders that are cancelled or refunded before the draw date will not attract bonus entries. Bonus entries are in addition to, and conditional upon, a valid code entry under clause 4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
6. Prize
The prize is one (1) HydroPeptide Glow Essentials pack (contents: Cleansing Gel full size, Firma-Bright full size, Face Lift travel size, LipLock Hydrator full size, and HydroPeptide bag), with a recommended retail value of AUD $389. There is one (1) prize in total. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) with a product of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
7. The Draw
The winner will be determined by random draw from all valid entries (including bonus entries) using a certified random selection tool. The draw will take place at 10:00am AEST on Monday 10 August 2026 at 42 Maryland Street, Stanthorpe QLD 4380. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw and announced (first name and suburb/town only) on the Promoter's Instagram page and website. The prize will be dispatched to an Australian delivery address within 14 days of the winner confirming their details.
9. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within three (3) months of the draw date, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize redraw at 10:00am AEST on Tuesday 10 November 2026 at the same place as the original draw, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.
10. Privacy
By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting their personal information for the purpose of conducting the competition, and to being added to the Promoter's email list, from which they may unsubscribe at any time. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at https://www.tinarocheaesthetics.com.au/pages/privacy-policy.
11. General
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, or Facebook. Entrants release Instagram and Facebook from any liability in connection with this competition. The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, lost or misdirected entries, or entries not received. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms. If the competition cannot proceed as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the competition subject to any applicable law.
