At Tina Roche Skin & Aesthetics, we want your skincare to reach you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged — so you can start enjoying it sooner.

Standard Shipping

  • $9.95 flat rate Australia-wide on orders under $150
  • FREE standard shipping on orders over $150
  • Delivery timeframe: 2–8 business days (Australia Post Parcel Post)
  • Tracking number provided with every order

✨ Tip: If you’re close to $150, adding one more product might qualify you for free shipping and unlock our $4.95 Express upgrade.

Express Shipping

  • $14.95 flat rate on orders under $150
  • Upgrade to Express for just $4.95 when your order is over $150
  • Delivery timeframe: 1–4 business days (Australia Post Express Post)

Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed by 1:00 pm AEST Monday–Friday are dispatched the same business day (if items are in stock).
  • Orders placed after 1:00 pm or on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day.
  • Back-ordered items usually arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Unattended Delivery Instructions
Selecting unattended delivery at checkout provides authority for Australia Post to leave your parcel at your specified location without a signature. By choosing this option, you accept responsibility for any loss or damage once delivered.

Additional Fees for Undeliverable Items

  • Unclaimed Parcels: $15 re-shipping fee (invoice will be sent).
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: $15 re-shipping fee (invoice will be sent).
  • Refunds requested for returned items due to incorrect address or being unclaimed will have $15 deducted from the refund total.

Important Note
Tina Roche Skin & Aesthetics assumes no responsibility for parcels marked as “Delivered” by Australia Post unless products are faulty. Faulty items must be reported within 14 days for a refund or replacement (see Returns).

Returns

Money-Back Guarantee on Unopened Goods
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@tinarocheaesthetics.com.au to notify us of your intent to return unopened goods.
  2. Shipping the Return: Products should be securely packaged and sent to: Tina Roche Skin & Aesthetics

    Stanthorpe QLD 4380
    Australia
  3. Refund Process: Once we receive and confirm the goods are unopened, we will process a full refund for the item(s). Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal, AfterPay, or credit card).
  4. Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty Products

Returns for opened goods are accepted only if items are deemed faulty. To report an issue:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@tinarocheaesthetics.com.au within 14 days of delivery with details of the fault.
  2. Shipping the Return: Please send the items to: Tina Roche Skin & Aesthetics, 42 Maryland Street, Stanthorpe QLD 4380
  3. Refund of Return Shipping: We will reimburse return shipping costs up to $20 AUD when proof of shipping is provided.
  4. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received the returned goods.

Skin Reactions

If you experience an adverse skin reaction, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us with details and provide photographic evidence of the reaction.
  2. Evaluation: We may need to investigate the issue with our supplier.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping for skin reactions is at the customer’s expense and is not refundable.
