Find the right treatment.
Not sure which one suits you? Start with a facial and I’ll assess your skin first, and I’ll tell you if something simpler will do.
How it works
Chosen by a Nurse Practitioner, not a menu.
You complete a short health questionnaire.
We send it before your visit. If you complete it early, I review it and contact you beforehand if something isn’t suitable.
I assess your skin.
I look at your skin in person and ask what you’ve tried and how it has behaved.
I choose for you.
I pick the facial, peel or technology that suits your skin today. Sometimes that’s gentler than you expected.
You decide.
I explain what’s involved and what it costs before we start, and I always work within your budget.
Questions
Good questions, straight answers.
Everything people usually ask before their first visit.
Still unsure? Ask me →Do I need to do anything before my appointment?
Yes. We send a short medical questionnaire to complete before your treatment. If you complete it early, I review it and contact you beforehand if anything isn’t suitable. Every treatment also starts with a look at your skin on the day.
Which treatment is right for me?
That’s what the assessment is for. I’ll recommend one option and explain why, I’ll always consider your budget, and I’ll say so if you don’t need a treatment yet.
Are there risks or side effects?
Any treatment can cause side effects, such as temporary redness or sensitivity. I’ll go through what’s relevant to you before we start, and we only go ahead once you’re comfortable.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Not always. Pregnancy, some medications and some skin conditions can mean a treatment isn’t suitable. I check your questionnaire and then check again at your appointment.
How much will it cost?
I explain the cost before we start, and I recommend what’s worth doing first so you’re not paying for things you don’t need.
Can I use Afterpay?
Yes, Afterpay is available in clinic.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes. You can buy one online and choose the amount or the treatment.
