How To Use

Apply a small amount to damp skin and massage gently in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use morning and/or evening. Safe for daily use. Follow with your toner, serum, and moisturiser. An ideal first step before in-clinic treatments — your skin will absorb active ingredients more effectively on a freshly exfoliated surface.

What makes the Exfoliating Cleanser different from other exfoliating cleansers?

The dual-exfoliation mechanism is what sets it apart. Most exfoliating cleansers use either physical scrub particles or a chemical acid — rarely both, and almost never with enzymatic exfoliation as well. This cleanser combines all three: papain enzyme from papaya that dissolves dead cell bonds enzymatically, lactic acid that chemically loosens the outermost layer, and ultra-fine jojoba beads that physically buff the surface. Three mechanisms of exfoliation in a single cleansing step — calibrated to work together without being aggressive. Is Exfoliating Cleanser suitable for sensitive skin?

I recommend it three to four times per week rather than daily for most clients — it's a treatment cleanser rather than an everyday cleanser. For clients with very oily skin and significant congestion, daily use is possible but I'd recommend building to that frequency over two to three weeks rather than starting daily. For sensitive skin, twice weekly is sufficient and delivers meaningful results without over-treating. Never use on the same evenings as the Resurface & Repair Peptide Pads — one exfoliation modality per session is the rule.

How does it fit into my routine?

Use in the evening as the first step, two to four times per week. Apply to damp skin and massage in gentle circular motions for 60 seconds — the contact time allows all three exfoliation mechanisms to activate. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Follow immediately with AquaBoost on slightly damp skin, then your treatment serum and moisturiser. Always follow with broad-spectrum SPF the next morning — exfoliation increases UV sensitivity. Do not use on the same evenings as the Peptide Pads, Balancing Mask, or Firming Vitamin C Mask.

When will I see results?

Brightness and smoothness are typically visible after the first use — the triple exfoliation mechanism removes the dull surface layer more thoroughly than a single-mechanism cleanser, and the result is immediately apparent. Can I use it if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

The Exfoliating Cleanser contains lactic acid and papain enzyme — both are generally considered low-risk for topical use during pregnancy given the rinse-off format and limited absorption time. However, because it's a multi-active formula, I recommend checking with your obstetrician before starting during pregnancy. Can I use it alongside the Resurface & Repair Peptide Pads?

On the same evening — no. Both are active exfoliation treatments and combining them in a single session would over-treat the skin. My recommended approach is to alternate: use the Exfoliating Cleanser two to three evenings per week, and use the Peptide Pads on the remaining evenings. This gives you daily exfoliation stimulus across the week — enzymatic and physical via the cleanser, and chemical plus peptide repair via the Pads — without ever doubling up. It's one of the most effective home resurfacing combinations I recommend.

How long does a tube last?

At three to four uses per week with a small amount per use, the tube lasts approximately eight to ten weeks. The formula is concentrated and the jojoba beads are fine enough that a small amount covers the full face and neck comfortably.
