Apply generously to clean, dry skin at least 20 minutes before sun exposure. Use approximately one teaspoon per limb and one teaspoon for the face and neck to ensure adequate coverage. Reapply every 2 hours, and always after swimming, sweating or towel drying. Avoid prolonged sun exposure and wear protective clothing, hats and eyewear when outdoors.
