Most at-home peels are underwhelming — they sting a little, your skin feels slightly smoother, and that's it. Polish & Plump is a different experience entirely. Step 1 applies eco-friendly oxygenating crystals — sodium bicarbonate and jojoba esters — that provide gentle but thorough physical exfoliation while oxygenating the skin surface. Step 2 is applied directly on top while Step 1 is still on the skin: the 5% lactic acid activates the sodium bicarbonate, causing a gentle foaming, warming, tingling reaction that signals the chemical exfoliation beginning. This is normal and exactly what should happen — it means the two-step chemistry is working. Argireline® relaxes expression lines and Trylagen® stimulates collagen. Magnesium ascorbyl phosphate — a stable, non-irritating form of vitamin C — fades pigmentation and brightens. The Actiphyte® botanical complex of green tea, chamomile, cucumber, bearberry, rosemary, and echinacea nourishes and protects as the peel does its work. The results are immediate and cumulative. Use weekly for skin that looks genuinely treated, not just cleansed.

How To Use

Step 1: Apply Peel 1 to dry, clean skin and massage gently in circular motions for 1–2 minutes. Do not rinse.

Step 2: Apply Peel 2 directly on top of Peel 1 - you will feel a gentle warming and tingling sensation as the two formulas activate together. This is normal and a sign the chemistry is working. Leave on for 3–5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Pat skin dry and follow with toner, serum, and moisturiser. Use once weekly. Always follow with SPF the next morning. Note: apply to completely dry skin for maximum activation - damp skin will reduce the foaming reaction.

What makes the Polish + Plump Peel different from other at-home peels?

The simultaneous peel-and-plump mechanism is genuinely unusual — most at-home peels exfoliate and leave the skin slightly raw and depleted, requiring separate hydration steps to recover. The Polish + Plump Peel delivers its hyaluronic acid and peptide repair complex in the same formula as the lactic and glycolic acid exfoliants — so as the acids loosen and lift the dead cell layer, the HA and peptides are simultaneously hydrating and repairing what's underneath. Is Polish & Plump Peel suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes — and first-time peel users are specifically who I recommend it to before progressing to more intensive options. The lactic acid base is gentler than glycolic-dominant peels, and the simultaneous hyaluronic acid and peptide delivery buffers the exfoliation experience significantly. I recommend starting with a 5-minute application once weekly, building to 10 minutes as tolerance develops. For clients who have previously reacted to glycolic acid-heavy peels, the lactic acid-forward formulation is consistently better tolerated. For very sensitive or rosacea-prone skin, patch test first and start with the shortest contact time.

How does it fit into my routine?

Use once weekly as a dedicated evening treatment on cleansed, dry skin. Apply a generous, even layer to the face, neck, and décolletage. Leave for 5 to 10 minutes — do not exceed 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cool water — cool rather than warm to calm the skin post-peel. Follow with AquaBoost on slightly damp skin while the skin is most receptive, then your treatment serum and moisturiser. Do not use on the same evenings as the Miracle Mask, Liquid Resurfacing Solution, Resurface & Repair Peptide Pads, or Firming Vitamin C Mask. Always follow with broad-spectrum SPF the next morning.

When will I see results?

The immediate post-treatment result is one of the strongest in the HydroPeptide range — smoother, brighter, visibly more even-toned skin is apparent within minutes of rinsing, which is why this is an excellent pre-event treatment the day before a special occasion.
