How it works

You complete a short health questionnaire.
We send it before your visit. If you complete it early, I review it and contact you beforehand if something isn’t suitable.

I look at your skin and ask about your health, your goals and what you’ve already tried.
I recommend what suits you.
If a treatment is suitable, I explain your options. If it isn’t, I tell you.
You decide.
I explain what’s involved and what it costs before we start, and I always work within your budget.

Every treatment starts with an assessment with me. For injectables and rejuvenation, the consultation always comes first, and a treatment only goes ahead if it’s suitable and you choose to proceed.
Do I need to do anything before my appointment?
Yes. We send a short medical questionnaire to complete before your treatment. If you complete it early, I review it and contact you beforehand if anything isn’t suitable.
Are there risks or side effects?
Every treatment has risks, and they differ between treatments. I’ll go through the ones relevant to you before you decide, and we only go ahead once you’re comfortable.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Not always. Pregnancy, some medications and some skin conditions can mean a treatment isn’t suitable. I check your questionnaire and then check again at your appointment.
How much will it cost?
I explain the cost before we start, and I recommend what’s worth doing first so you’re not paying for things you don’t need.
